The Thermographic Camera helps us go beyond what our eyes see. With this technology a range of potential problems can be diagnosed rapidly. In our inspection we can detect energy loss by temperature variations, moisture, and insulation or ventilation problems. We can also find if you have pest problems such as rodents and insects. This offer is only for homeowners who will change their roof in 2024.

We will then schedule the in person inspection for the roof and thermal camera inspection.

During our visit, we need acces to your attic. As a part of the thermal inspection, we need to check all the elements inside your attic suchs as exhaust fans, ducts and duct type and the thermal value of your insulation, roof ventilation and humidity.

After our inspection we will send you a quote for your roof replacement, and the report of the thermal inspection.

The layout and needs of a roof are different in every single project.

We charge per square feet. We do not guess the size of your roof, we calculate sizing using accurate technology. With this we assure not to overestimate our quotes.

What can affect the price of my roof: The roof pitch (slope). There is quite a difference between 1,000 SqFt with a 6/12 pitch than 1,000 SqFt with a 12/12 pitch. The steeper the roof, the more work and safety equipment needed.

Our Warranties

Workmanship (Labour) – 10 Year Warranty. All workmanship related issues such as leaks or blowoffs will be fixed without charge for 10 years following installation.

Shingles Warranty

This depends on the brand of shingle. With Owens Corning shingles we can offer: Limited Warranty – for as long as you own your home.
