Winter Inspection with Thermographic Camera
The Thermographic Camera helps us to go beyond what our eyes can see. With this technology a range of potential problems can be diagnosed rapidly.
In our inspection we can detect energy loss by temperature variations, moisture and insulation or ventilation problems.
We can also find if you have pest problems such as rodents and insects.
What elements we inspect?
Roof ventilation and attic:
The intake must be proportional to the exhaust. Good airflow is key inside the attic. Poor airflow can create condensation problems.
Insulation:
Poor insulation in the attic and walls can be dramatically catastrophic, and the main reason of your expensive energy bill, not to mention that repairs can be quite expensive.
Insulation is the barrier that maintains a comfortable living area year-round. It helps to reduce heat loss in winter and can help keep cool air inside in the summer by keeping the hot air out and prevent your home from overheating.
We also check any potential points inside and outside that can affect energy efficiency and future repairs in your home such as windows, vents, exhaust vents, ceiling, siding etc.
